Global Envdk Sdn. Bhd. was established in February 2005 by Mr. Noor Mohamed and Ms. Puvaneswari A/P Ramasamy. With 15 years of experience in the waste management industry, we provide customer-centric consultancy and logistic services in an environmentally sustainable manner by complying with the requirements of the Department of Environment Malaysia. Global Envdk Sdn. Bhd. started with the aim to provide environmental solutions for SME companies since waste disposal was a major issue plaguing the industry. According to SMECorp statistics, 98.5% of business establishments in Malaysia are SME. This accounts for a large share of national resource consumption, pollution, and waste generation, particularly SMEs in the manufacturing sector. Over the years, Global Envdk Sdn. Bhd. has grown substantially and diversified constantly according to the market needs due to environmental compliance and environmental branding.

Global Tunikara is a subsidiary company under Global Envdk group of companies, founded on the 28th of August 2020. Its incorporation is to venture into various fields including investments, trading, entertainment and consultancy. We aspire to carry on the business of an investment holding company and to purchase or acquire investment or resale lands, factories, houses, buildings, plantations and other immovable properties. In addition, Global Tunikara also plans to heavily invest in the entertainment business, which includes but not limited to, movies, films, music and other forms of entertainment. Furthermore, we also carry out consultancy (apart from architecture, engineering and management) to advise, assist and manage in financial, loan, debt, capital, restructuring, wealth management, investment ventures, takeover, mergers, acquisitions and business planning to any person, firm or corporation engaged in business, trade or activity.
A chemist by qualification and a waste management expert by training. He obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Master’s in Business Administration (with specialization in Corporate Governance).
Noor Mohamed is a qualified company secretary responsible for the development of new projects and new ventures both locally and internationally, which have over 2 decades of experience as an environmental consultant.
He has written and presented numerous technical and non-technical papers and received training locally and internationally especially in the field of environment.
Noor Mohamed is also the Director in Centre For Environmental Technology and Development Malaysia (CETDEM), a leading Malaysian NGO. He also holds the position of Executive Director in Mutiara Etnik Sdn. Bhd.
A Town and Country Planning graduate from the University of Technology (UTM), Johor. He has over 2 decades of experience in the field of construction, interior design and logistics (responsible for new projects and development mainly in the area of logistics). Yong See Choon also is the Director of Globe Yand Construction Sdn. Bhd.
